Excellent breakfast - many options available to pick. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Refreshingly quiet when compared to hotels positioned within the centre of Perth. The bed was super comfortable and over-provisioned with pillows!
Recommended if you're looking to explore (on foot) Kinnoull Hill and Deuchny Woodland Park.
Lovely old clean well maintained house set in a gorgeous garden. Run by nice people who served me a really nice cooked breakfast. Only downside was the shared bathroom although it was clean, well kept and not too busy.

It was welcoming and relaxing. The only thing we didn't like was that our stay was too short. You never know when you book a place, how you are going to like it. If I ever go back to Scotland I will stay here longer. The people working at the Sunbank House took such good care of us. If you stay here, please don't waste your time going to town to eat... we did and wished we hadn't. We did have one meal here and it was divine!
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was of an excellent standard and there was a good selection and the tea and coffee facilities in the room were very good including fresh bottled water.
