The light-filled, open plan living/dining area brings a sense of space and comfort extending to a fantastic balcony where you will start the day watching yachts lazily sailing by and end the day enjoying a magnificent sunset.

A short 100 m stroll away there are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants and it is only a 15 minute drive to the Perth city center, Fremantle or Hillary's Boat Harbour. Public transport is also readily available. This ultimate beachfront unit offers a holiday lifestyle that very few can match!

Scarborough Beach is one of Perth's iconic beaches. It has a beautiful clean white sand, turquoise water, enough surf for all but the most experienced of the surfing fraternity and is no more than 200 metres from restaurants, cafes and pubs. When the sun sets over the water, it is truly magnificent!

The property is 50m from famous Scarborough Beach, with direct ocean views. Eighteen minute drive to Perth CBD. Short stroll to shops, cafes and public transport. This bright apartment is 2-minute walk from the beach, 5 km from Wembley Golf Course and 11 km from the Aquarium of Western Australia. Scarborough bus key stop only 2 minute walk from the resort to get you connected to the whole Perth city. Uber, Didi and Ola along with traditional taxi services are readily available. Or hire an E-scooter and get around.

DISCLAIMER: Seashells Scarborough heated swimming pool is closed for repair and construction until approximately early February 2025. During this period, all guests are welcome to use the non-heated swimming pool in the Collections building next door, ten meters from the main complex. Please note that there may be some noise during the repair period. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
