Nicely renovated hotel. We had a river view suite. Separate large bedroom, large living & dining room & fully appointed kitchen. The views from the room were great. A bit noisy as directly on the main road. A couple of downsides: no door flap so the strong wind and rain was actually coming into the room. The walls to adjacent room are poorly insulated/sound proofed & we could hear tv movies and music very loud each time it was turned on. Split system didn't work but they fixed it when we asked. Overall a good stay and would recommend. Staff was great. Summer days would be amazing as it has a wonderful rooftop and a nice outdoor pool. Food from the restaurant was not bad.

Lovely boutique hotel… Exceptionally clean… Close to all the Fremantle attractions… Only complaint is they took $100 from card for expenses… . Nothing mentioned on Hotels.com regarding this …Up to 5 days for that to be refunded… Seeing other than restaurant there is nothing to spend your money on seems a bit excessive… I’ve just changed to the Hilton garden Inn at Busselton and they take $0.00 as a hold. Also no balconies and further from water than pictures on hotel.com appear to be.

Great place to stay when in Fremantle, an easy walk in to downtown Fremantle. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms, had everything we needed. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

The selection and food was average at best and have no idea why being an eco stay means the room is not serviced when the toilet paper is from China the most polluting place on the planet and not doing your room out makes this okay

Hotel was great, only downside was shutters on windows don’t block all the light out from the outside walkways. Room was very light. Bonus surprise birthday gift in my room as stayed on my birthday.

This is a nice venue however the rooms are not sound proof. Unfortunately there were rowdy people staying next door also everytime someone walked past the room you heard their loud conversations and banging of their shoes on the path outside 😔 needlessly to say we weren't able to get any sleep until the wee hours.

Comfortable stay other than noisy drunk guests during the night. After making the booking for 2 adults and 3 children and supplying age of children was a little annoyed to be asked to pay an extra $45 for the cot for 3rd child. Booking stated that a trundle can be put in the room so it was easy to assume that price was inclusive of that given I had specified 3 children over the age of ten. The girl that served us was good about it but the other lady sitting at the desk was a tad rude with her comments impying i had not read the room Information, which I had.
