Cleaner dropped glass in room that obviously smashed and they didn’t clean it up so glass went into my foot . Rooms are also very tiny and the doors slam really loud so as constantly woken up . Otherwise it was ok

Reception staff at check in were disinterested and inattentive to the point of utter rudeness. Our thanks to reception staff this morning for being such a sunny comparison. The room was small, dark, dirty. The bathroom and fittings were cracked, aged & peeling. The breakfast was overpriced & extremely basic with limited choice. Spills and stains on furniture & floor.I had to ask for gluten free bread and was given a gluten muffin, to which i am reacting to now. It was by far the most overpromising yet underperforming hotel we have ever stayed in. Despite its marketting it is not new or boutique.

Positives: staff, great interior design, location close to city and Kings Park, affordable Dislikes: only really the room itself - it’s tiny, the sink is tiny, office desk is tiny, the toilet is so low you think you are in a primary school. It was clean and all that but it reminded me of one of those small Japanese hotel rooms I guess if you only use the room to sleep it’s ok

Our stay was very nice, the room was tidy but a bit dusty on the black surfaces / bathroom. Room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Coffee machine would not work but was ok as had own coffee sachets. Room needs a bin in the main area as bathroom bin is too small for general trash. Tv easy to use but only basic channels. Close to kings park so that was lovely, managed to see the light show there, 20 min walk from hotel so very convenient for park visits. Common area of hotel was nice and quiet throughout our whole stay. 1 star removed because of what’s stated above. Overall our stay was good.

Front office staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Room was compact, clean and exactly what was needed. Black out curtains worked really well and place was quiet. Easy to walk to Kings Park and down into the city. Parking is limited and needs to be booked early. Plenty of paid street parking around.

The hotel offers great service, a stunning lobby, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s in a good location, and the price is reasonable. However, the rooms are VERY small, and if you don’t opt for the city or park view, the lack of natural light and space makes the room feel like your are staying in a dungeon.

Loved our one night stay here, we were able to check in early, the receptionists were great, very polite with smiley happy faces, even asked us if we needed an umbrella when we left the hotel yesterday, it was appreciated as it was raining a little. We will be back. ❤️

Mainly I didn't like the decor at all - and it was a tired in the ensuite (not well constructed vanity was chipping). The room was also very small as others had mentioned but I guess I thought good design would make up for that - unfortunately it didn't. Great area.

We chose this property due to proximity to Kings Park. It is very convenient for accessing the park. Breakfast included was on special and it was very good. The staff are friendly, informative and efficient. We found our own parking on the street which you must pay for with an app. We found out later parking at Kings Park is free while visiting the park which would have made parking the next day cheaper. Some paid parking near the park is available all day but it is not that cheap with the easy park app.
