Apartment No. 2 at “Villa Magnolia” is a spacious one-bedroom accommodation (64sqm), renovated in 2023 and furnished in a classic style. Situated only a 4-minute walk from Cappuccini Beach (300m) and 5 minutes from Peschiera's Historic Center (400m), it enjoys a privileged position to discover the beauty of Lake Garda and to reach Verona, Desenzano, Sirmione, etc., and amusement parks within a few minutes' drive. It comes with uncovered parking, a private entrance, garden, and barbecue fireplace.

Villa Magnolia is located just steps from the picturesque lakeside walk, in a quiet and safe area, surrounded by typical restaurants and all kinds of services (shops, supermarkets, weekly market, bus stops, pharmacies, tobacconists, bike/car/motorcycle/scooter/boat rentals, discobar). The apartment is an excellent base for reaching amusement parks like Gardaland, Canevaworld, Movieland, and the most famous tourist destinations like Verona, Desenzano, Sirmione, Mantova, etc. The train station is only 1.9 km away, while the hospital (Pederzoli clinic) is just 2.5 km.

Apartment No. 2 is located on the first floor of the villa, with private access, and guests will have the entire apartment comprising a large living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a kitchen equipped with all the main appliances, such as a cooktop with hood, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, and electric kettle. The kitchen is supplied with cooking accessories like pots, dishes, cutlery, and glasses, etc. Upon arrival, you will find a welcome kit containing tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, spices, oil, and vinegar.
The spacious and bright bedroom is equipped with a very spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers, and nightstands.
The windowed bathroom is supplied with towels, a hairdryer, and a shower box.
Additionally, on request, a crib and a high chair for children are available.
Free Wi-Fi, TV, iron and ironing board, sewing kit, and clothes rack are included in the apartment to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
The furnished garden, the built-in barbecue fireplace, and the outdoor spaces are common to all guests of the villa. We invite you to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of our Villa Magnolia also in the evening. Our barbecue area is perfect for grilling fresh vegetables, meat, fish. The outdoor kitchen, not equipped with appliances, is supplied with all the utensils and pots necessary to enjoy a romantic dinner outdoors or a lunch with friends.
We happily welcome pets at Villa Magnolia. However, we kindly ask you to specify the type of animal when booking so we can prepare the suitable environment. We understand the importance of ensuring maximum comfort for all our guests, including our four-legged friends. The tourist tax is €1.50 per night per guest for up to 21 consecutive nights (ADDITIONAL COST). Exempt from this tax are children under the age of 13, disabled individuals and their companions, patients undergoing therapy at health facilities in the municipal territory, members of the State, Provincial, and Local Police as well as the National Fire Brigade staying for service needs, and coach drivers organized by travel and tourism agencies.
We kindly ask our guests to treat the house with care and to respect silence after the established hours. Moreover, access to the house and common areas is allowed only to those who have made the reservation; access is not allowed for unregistered guests. This helps us maintain a peaceful and safe environment for all our guests.
