The house has three bedrooms two bathrooms a timber framed library, a rec. room with a foosball table and a plant room with indoor hot tub.

The house is on sixty acres. with a half mile of creek front on the east side of Peshastin Creek and is bordered on the other three sides by hills and timber land, it is a very private setting. It is quiet and comfortable, perfect for reading, a walk by the creek or a hike up Larson canyon. Located just off Highway 97 three miles from the junction with Highway 2, we are 15 minutes from Leavenworth, 25 minutes from Wenatchee, and about an hour from Stevens Pass, Mission Ridge and Lake Chelan.

Just Right
Our 3 night stay at this home was great. My wife and our 4 children had plenty of room to spread out. Randy made sure the hot tub was warm and the house was cool (temps were around 100). He met us upon our arrival to go over a couple of simple things. Everything in the home worked great, and you cannot beat the location with hills and a creek surrounding the home. Highly recommend to anyone looking to shed the urban grind and relax care free.

December snow day
Had a great time staying at this property and it was everything that we could’ve asked for. Got lots of snow and enjoyed the scenery. The owner was amazing and snowplow the entire driveway up to the property. The indoor hot tub was just amazing. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Great Christmas Location
The property was tastefully decorated for Christmas with a tree, lights and decorations around the home. This made it feel much more festive for us. The house is better than the pictures. Don't use that as your guide - use the reviews instead. The game room has 3 beds in it with lots of toys for young kids - and is perfect for that group with children. With all the snow, we didn't wander around the property, but it is very well located and private at the same time. We had no issues during our stay. The owner made sure we had enough firewood and the hot tub was properly working. One thing that should be noted for large families or groups is that there's only one TV in the living room. Not that we come out here to spend our time watching TV, but winding down at night, we enjoyed watching Xmas Movies and sitting together. Bring tablets, etc, if you want to have an option for the kids or if you want to fall asleep to a TV in the bedroom. But again, this is an observation, not a negative. If you have the chance to stay here, I recommend it.

Loved our stay at Randy’s place. The cabin was more spacious than I thought and super cute. It was perfect for a weekend getaway to check out Leavenworth and snowboard up on Stevens pass. Great Private Retreat!
Amazing property located super close to Leavenworth! Randy was incredibly communicative and helpful and gave us a great tour of his lovely place! The hottub plant room was awesome, a really great relaxing place to read and relax. The creek on the property was deep enough for some light swimming for our dog and it was also really relaxing to hang out by. What you’ll find here is a lot of quiet and relaxing places but still close to town, and an amazing host! Great property, spacious, dog friendly, clean place, great grill and all at a good price! Will definitely stay here again! Thanks again Randy!!

Great house close to Leavenworth!
This house is located about 11 minutes from Leavenworth and was a great choice for our family! This is an older home, but it's been lovingly cared for and updated with everything you need--comfortable beds and furniture, dishwasher, washer/dryer, nice kitchen equipment, and AC. There were two portable AC units and great fans, which kept the house cool during 90 degree days. You have private access to a creek, which our kids and dog loved! It's a creek, but was wide and deep enough for tubing. The house also has a great hot tub and selection of games. The owner greeted us and gave us a nice overview of the house, and also let us know to be careful with our dog in the wooded area near the house. We really enjoyed our stay!

We LOVED our stay! We floated the creek and it felt like a water park ride (stay to the left). We loved exploring the property, finding wild blue berries! The house was very spacious, well kept, and the hot tub room was dreamy! I wish I could live there! We will definitely be back!

A beautiful place to stay
The house is both beautiful inside and outside . The owner clearly takes pride in cleaning and maintaining the home and the yard. Everything was well equipped and worked as expected. The owner, Randy, is very nice and helpful. The home has amazing views and located close to Leavenworth, parks, and all kinds of recreational activities. The hot tub is great. This place is AWESOME
As others have said, the pictures don't do this property justice. The property is absolutely gorgeous, situated right along the Peshastin river. The house is immaculate inside. The owner clearly takes pride in cleaning and maintaining the home. Everything was well equipped. The owner/manager, Randy, met us at the property and walked us through all of the operation. He provided fire wood for the fireplace. The home has amazing views and enjoying coffee in the 3rd floor "lookout" was one of my personal favorite parts of the trip. The hot tub is GREAT. The property was deeply covered in icy snow when we visited but the driveway was nicely cleared. We had a TON of fun sledding right outside the door for hours, no need to fight with crowds or drive to a sledding hill. Overall, we couldn't have been happier than we were with our visit here. Proximity to The Rock (5 minutes) for coffee, Leavenworth (15 minutes max), and Wenatchee (30 minutes) are all perfect! You won't regret staying at this property.

Awesome place! Cozy and plenty of space.
We arrived earlier than expected but the host was very cool with it and let us check in early. We choose this property because I read reviews were saying pictures don't do justice. It was very true. The property was huge. I was worried if it will be cold but this place seems like will insulated and heated. All instructions and key points of stay was documented on a piece of paper. Decent location close to Leavenworth. I will stay here again if any of friend or family visits

Christmas in peshastin/Leavenworth
My family of 6 ( plus 1 dog) stayed here for Christmas 2021 and had a great time. Very comfortable and convenient. We cooked several meals at the house and took a few snowy walks, used the hot tub and foseball table , drove into Leavenworth for a few activities. Everything was great!
