Property was very clean but slightly outdated. The room was quiet and bed comfortable. The reason I didn’t 5 stars is because there was intermittent tapping and clanking noises in my room through the night. It might have been pipes or fridge.

Very clean and friendly hotel. As we had a dog with us, they gave us a larger room, and, they didn't charge us for having a dog with us. The next time I'm in the Port Hope area, I will definitely stay here.

Very very dated. Checkout is at 11 and 11:05 someone knocked on our door (as we were exiting) and asked very sarcastically if we were planning on staying a second night. Very rowdy, dated, grubby hotel.

Family friendly, renovated
Location was great for us. Restaurants and grocery was right opposite to the hotel. 10 min drives to Ontario Lake. Pool was of good size with water play facilities for kids. The hot tub was nicely hot and close at 11pm. Perfect for an one night stay in our case.
