The staff eas very nice and very helpful, we had a late arrival and we were checked in quickly. The rooms are very dated though, i would recommend new carpet throughout but it was quiet and we felt safe during our stay. I would also recommend less chemicals in the hot tub, it was clean, water perfect but the chlorine was so strong my eyes were watering and i had to get out. Overall room was what i expected.

We had a fast and friendly check in. The room had a stale smell so we ran the A/C and bathroom fan which helped. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great with nice towels. We had a nice breakfast and had dinner at the Kelsey's restaurant. We were on the third floor and it was quiet. We thought that it was rather pricey.

I really wish i enjoyed it more than i did. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was good. My complaints are that you can hear everything in the room, such as the noise from outside, inside the halls and other rooms which unfortunately affected our sleep. We also has issues affecting our door - even when the light was green and the handle was down it wouldn't open
