This 600 sqft two-story unit offers:
* A cozy living room with a futon couch and a 43" TV downstairs

* Upstairs: two cozy bedrooms (walk-through access to the main bedroom) and a secondary bathroom
* Fresh towels and essentials provided to make your stay comfortable

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and both bathrooms. Enjoy the shared backyard, and if you'd like to use the barbecue, simply schedule in advance.

Additional Details:
* Parking: The driveway is shared on a first-come, first-served basis with the neighboring unit. If it’s occupied, street parking is available. Street parking is free during the day, and if you receive a rare $25 parking ticket at night, I’ll reimburse you.
* BBQ: If you plan to use the barbecue, please let us know in advance to reserve a time slot (two hours or longer if the other unit has no prior booking).

Thank you so much for your prompt replies whenever there was an issue; I would like to say that the kitchen is absolutely freezing, especially at night. The windows are also pretty drafty, however overall it was a wonderful home and would be delighted to rent again when in Peterborough
