Perfect location for our one night stay. Close to the railway station and restaurants. Polite and friendly receptionist. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money.

FAWLTY TOWERS taken too far.
Hotel was in a great location. Free parking is a bonus. We were there for a Fawlty Towers function, unfortunately some of the bar staff did not seem to know what they were doing. A proper wine list would be a great help and a good supply, as they ran out part way through the night.

The room was adequate. The bed was lumpy, there were no biscuits in the room and a limited amount of tea bags, we had to collect more from the desk as they stated on reception phone call there were not enough staff to bring some to our room. Out stay was for two nights leisure.

We have stayed here three times now. It is convenient for the city centre and the bedrooms are comfortable (not too hot, not too cold). And, was it just me or is the full English breakfast better this time than last? What's not to like?
