Great place to stay!
This place was great. We had a full kitchen, a kitchen table to sit & eat, a living room with workspace & TV along with a separate bedroom that also had a TV. The one thing that really surprised us was the jacuzzi in the corner of the living area. We had thought that was part of the pool area so were very surprised that it was in the room. The breakfast here is also amazing and the staff very friendly.

Took a long time to check in. Lady at desk was very frazzzled. After getting all settled in room discoved the tv in the suite was mot working. Since the todler was already asleep she said she would credit us with extra points. Well that never happened. So we paid extra for a suite but still had to go to bed when the baby did.

Avoid at all costs. We had to leave. Reserved room locked from the inside by squatters. Staff was in chaos. Went down the road to the Roanoke Springs holiday Inn and it was wonderful!

Worst property ever. Due to broken lock could not access room after going out to dinner. Move to another room which they checked me out, threw away my room and stole my dress.

I was given a room where someone else was already staying, needless to say, when I went to open the door to said room, the woman at the door was NOT happy to see me. I was given the room next to them after I addressed the issue with the front desk (the girl was nice but seemed stressed, as there was a couple who walked in after me, who had some extra charges they were upset over). However, there were doors being slammed all night long. People arguing and being loud which was frustrating, when all I wanted was a few good hours of sleep before hitting the road again on a long 20 hour drive. Just as I was falling asleep I also received a call to my cell phone mentioning a broken air conditioning knob in my room. Bathroom counter was clearly not clean, with water marks all over it. Uncovered electrical. Dirty remote. Wish I had taken more pictures of everything. Do not recommend this hotel.
