Un chalet en pleine nature au milieu des sapins et de la neige plus qu ' attendu. Tout le confort était là. Petits et grands avons passé une semaine extraordinaire.

Chalet super, service médiocre
Le chalet était très bien. Par contre, le service est médiocre. À l'arrivé le système d'alarme démarre... Ensuite, impossible d'appeler quelqu'un le samedi soir dû au lave-vaisselle défectueux. Et la pire chose, c'est qu'ils ont gardé un montant important pour changer l'eau du Spa. Cependant, l'eau du Spa était déjà inadéquate à notre arrivé et le filtre en mauvaise état... ET IMPOSSIBLE DE PARLER AU SUPERVISEUR DU SERVICE DE CHALET. Vraiment inacceptable comme situation. Nous louons des chalets 3-4 fois par année et c'est la première fois que ça nous arrive. Certainement la dernière fois avec cette compagnie de chalet...
