Amazing service! Staff are really friendly and helpful. They will make your experience worth while. The area around the property is very busy with traffic and pedestrians but there are a lot of food and shopping places to walk to and enjoy. Would recommend to anyone.

The Aircon system for the whole building was by my room 523 so it was incredibly noisy. The tv in the room was very dated with nothing but the hotel video on repeat. I found a cockroach in my room. The place looked much better in the pictures. The location is pretty convenient but I do not think it was worth the money I paid.

Loved this hotel, the staff were awesome everytime i need help they came quickly to solve it, it's a great beautiful hotel. I didn't like the buffet breakfast totally it's healthier than others places but they need to include more proteins, the only good portion of protein were eggs.

The staff was really nice but the facility is not very clean. The lobby was dirty and then I checked in my room and it was awful. I left immediately and attempted to get a refund. No luck. So I just booked another room at a different hotel. I had booked two rooms and my friend room wasn’t as bad. First impression are everything and I wasn’t comfortable at all.
