The property is not staffed on site. But all information was provided effectively and timely. Rooms were clean. Plenty of amenities and the linens were very nice. We were warned of traffic noise in front of the hotel, but we did not hear the traffic noise at all. We would stay here again.

We checked in at 9:00pm. The sign was not lit up and we drove by twice. Our code did not work to enter our room. I called the number on our contact list and the person immediately apologized and reset it. But this did not make for a good first impression. The room was very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and towels were fluffy and new. The shower had both a hand held and overhead shower head. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash all good. As mentioned by the hotel the walls are thin and you hear talking, walking and doors. Without the initial glitches I would recommend this room for amenities,location, view of water across the street,and price.

Instead of offering ear plugs in all the rooms they need to invest in new windows and many upgrades. Lots of cobwebs and spiders in corners and on ceiling. Pictures are very deceiving, there is no dinning area, and we were the only car in parking lot and at this hotel , which was weird.

i initially was in a room (studio) at the back of the property, it felt very isolated and there was no view. I called and requested I be moved to a 2nd floor room (which is where I have always stayed for 30 years) This was approved and completed by a very helpful person.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The view was very good although the bay was partially blocked by trees. Will probably request 2nd floor room next time. Enjoyed the fire place out front until it ran out of propane.

The hot water heater is a little loud and clanking. Check in was a little confusing probably because we did it last minute kind of spontaneous. But everything else was wonderful.

Clean, updated motel. Beds were comfortable. It’s my first time staying at motel with no staff. That said, you need to be aware of what you need for your room if staying more than one night - like extra towels, extra coffee,etc so that cleaning staff can provide while they are on premise. I would stay here again knowing how it works.

Was expecting a pool at the facility and inside hot tubs heat element was exposed in the bathroom and cut my foot one it heat shield was missing landscaping was in need of maintenance and noise level was terrible
