Harbor Springs 2 Bedroom Cottage Close to Boyne Highlands & Nubs Nob

Located between Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands, this quiet cottage is tucked back in the woods and ready for your vacation. You will be just a short drive away from golfing, skiing, beaches, zip lining, horseback riding and much more. This property is only a 10 min drive from Harbor Springs and 12 min from Petoskey. Both towns offer great shopping, activities, casual and fine dining.

This cottage has 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs with a queen bed. Upstairs loft has 3 full-sized beds. Living area has a 48" flat screen TV and dedicated high-speed internet, hardwood floors, A/C , forced-air natural gas furnace and a wood stove. Kitchen is well-equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee-maker and toaster. There is a cozy outdoor patio outback with propane and charcoal grills and a firepit for evening bonfires.

Great Pet Friendly Cabin
John and Dianna were such nice hosts. The cabin was exactly what I was looking for. It’s very close to so many things and walking distance to a great restaurant Teddy Griffins. I will definitely be back.

30th Anniversary Getaway
We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed our stay. The cabin was comfortable and we appreciated the gas grill for dinner on our second evening. We will come back with our dogs and family next time. Everything we needed was available.

Up North Retreat
The cabin is off the beaten path and the circle of houses is quiet and secluded. A few miles north of Harbor Springs means its easy to get to the bike path --we ride almost daily. The abundance of small nature preserves that are dog friendly makes this getaway a grand treat for Tracy and I. John/Dianna are welcoming and friendly and the cabin is stocked w little extras --dog treats coffee creamer that make it homier. We'll be back.

Great cabin and location
We were looking for a place near Harbor Springs big enough for a family of five. This was the perfect blend of rustic and modern amenities and was everything we hoped for. Short drive to HS and Petoskey. Hosts had lots of extras available (coffee, creamer, ketchup, water, Coke, popcorn etc) which was a nice bonus. Would highly recommend!

John and Dianna are great hosts! They left a sweet happy birthday message for me and also had lots of snacks for the humans - as well as our dogs! The cabin was a perfect location for bike riding at The Highlands. We especially loved ALL the clothing hooks. So convenient. The fireplace was very nice, too, after a day out in the rain. We'll be back!

Winter basecamp
We’re big fans of this vrbo. For starters the location is solid for those who enjoy outdoor adventures. The mud room at the entrance of this house is perfect for those with lots of gear and makes change over from one activity to another easy without having to drag it all inside. The open floor plan with the kitchen and living room combined is nice for those of us that enjoy cooking and hanging out with family/friends with plenty of room to relax on a very comfortable couch. The kitchen is stocked with just about anything you would need to cook with. I still bring my favorite knife and cutting board as must rentals lack in that department. Main bedroom on first floor is nice and dark for those who enjoy minimal lights for a good nights sleep. Plenty of fans around for those who need sound to help fall asleep. Appreciate that the bathroom is stocked with potential items one might forget to bring. If one needs anything the property owner is nearby and can be reached fairly quickly if the need arises. He was of great help this trip with assisting me after my husband had a ski accident that involved hospitalization and we had already checked out from our stay. Grateful for the help during a scary 24 hours for us. We look forward to future stays here as it is cozy and comfortable just like home.

The first picture you see say Home away from Home And its true. The cabin is warm and comfortable and we were greeted with a hand written note, candy, treats for the dogs and frosted mugs. John and Diana were friendly and responsive. The location is incredible, minutes from the slopes and 20 min to Wilderness State Park or Petoskey - Comfortable and relaxing
