Great place to get some rest from a long drive. Petoskey is a beautiful place. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have some seating right near the breakfast corner instead of by the pool due to the strong smell of chlorine. We had to take our breakfast and walk all the way back to our room on level 2 to heat the cold breakfast. I would come back here if ever passing by again

There is nothing wrong with the place and nothing to talk about. It is an older building that is in need of some routine maintenance. The room was clean but smelled musty. The shower dripped as did the sink. Their pet fee was one of the more expensive but the room did not justify that. Breakfast was nothing special but the coffee machine they had was new up to date model with many coffee options.

needs updating bad, appeared to be a rent by hour?, Day?, Week? did not get that information reading the description of the hotel. There was a mother, daughter and son staying there, the little boy had a bike and riding it around , if they were not living there, did not understand why he had a bike and brought right into the building. Some staff was nice, we tried to be nice to all, so nothing happened to our car over night. To be blunt we did not feel safe there. We had a two night reservation but cancelled the second night . and went to another hotel just down the road. Much nicer and felt complete at ease there.

Clean, comfortable, has a small pool that I didn't use, friendly staff and accomodating on check in to get me on the first floor. Good continental breakfast. Only thing I don't like and it wasnt just this hotel, is how the air condtioner blows right on you when on the bed and the vent isn't adjustable. Overall I'd stay there again.

The place was nice and clean and quiet. The help was friendly and accommodating. The bed was very bad. When you sit down on one side of the bed you would slide off and on the other side there were 3 metal pieces sticking out and were really painful when you happened to get in or out of bed and your leg would hit one.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room overall was nice. The bathroom had quite a few issues. Cracks in the shower surround, large area where water had sat on the floor and discolored it, trim didn’t fit, paint wasn’t done around the toilet.

For a budget hotel can't complain. I've stayed here a few times now and it's always been quiet. The rooms could use some updates but they're clean.

Clean, basic room that had been updated. Comfortable for a weekend away with our 2 pugs. Pet friendly. Nice indoor pool and sitting area. Simple, fresh continental breakfast
