Reservei duas diárias no check in fui orientado que tinha que pagar uma diária adiantando OK sem problemas, ao fazer o check Out fui cobrado da mesma diária que já tinha pago, sendo que eles não tinha controle nenhum de pagamento, se eu não fico com o meu comprovante do cartão teria sido problema, pois no sistema deles não tinha nenhum registro de pagamento, a noite precisei de uns talheres para mim e minha esposa, que compramos uma refeição e iríamos fazer no quarto, o restaurante fechado sem acesso a nada não consegue talher, na recepção na hora do check in e check out os funcionarios sem conhecimento, despreparados e sem nenhuma cordialidade. O café da manhã bem servido e os funcionários atenciosos por parte do restaurante.

Tive uma péssima experiência neste hotel, sou mulher e alerto outras que, se por algum motivo precisar se hospedar em Petrolina, não fiquem neste hotel. Fui a recepção e ao voltar ao meu quarto o telefone tocou e era um hóspede do próprio hotel, que sabia meu nome e meu quarto. Entrei em contato com a recepção pra relatar este fato pois eu não sabia se essa situação partiu da recepção e fui completamente hostilizada pelo recepcionista. Solicitei que me trocassem de quarto visto que senti que minha segurança foi comprometida pelo hotel e os mesmos se negaram a fazer. Isso é absurdo. Nao existe segurança alguma no hotel. Quartos ESCUROS, não tem janela nos quartos. Televisões antigas, banheiro encrostado de sujeira, chuveiro quebrado, box cheio de lodo e quebrado também, cama ruim. Café da manhã não condiz com o informado nas fotos nem de longe. Completamente desagradável. Existem melhores opções na região pelo mesmo preço. Não recomendo!

Hotel relativamente simples para pessoas sem grandes exigências! Recepção foi positivo! Não tem chuveiro elétrico, é solar e só funciona em 2 horários do dia com água morna pra fria! Internet Wifi apesar de ter rede 5G não funcionava. Troquei 2x o controle da tv, e mesmo assim não funcionou. Não tinha coberta disponível também! O café da manhã com o básico de um hotel, porém por ser terceirizado, fica fechado e não tem como pedir utensílios ou uma água quente pra um chá! Fica bem próximo do começo da orla e da ponte para Juazeiro. Reserve sem muita expectativa!

Atendimento foi uma piada (literalmente)
O quarto estava com tomada com fiação exposta e não tinha opção de desligar a luz na hora de dormir. Ou seja, ou eu desligaria todo o sistema de ar condicionado e demais luzes para que a luz do quarto pudesse ser apagada, ou o atendente noturno se ofereceu para ir "girar a lâmpada no bocal" toda vez que eu precisasse acender ou apagar a luz. Parecia piada essa opção, pois nem o interfone do quarto funciona pra chamar alguém na recepção. O atendente não quis me trocar de quarto. Infelizmente o hotel tinha tudo pra ser agradável, mas uma opção oferecida como essa achei falta de respeito, me senti ofendida.
