Péssima experiência desta vez!

Apesar de ter adiantado o preenchimento dos dados para o checkin (pedido do próprio hotel, através de e-mail enviado), a atendente informou que os dados não foram recebidos. Além disso, só havia uma funcionária realizando o checkin, gerando uma fila muito demorada! No café da manhã, talheres sujos na bandeja de talheres limpos, um absurdo completo!

Atendimento excelente, limpeza adequada, possui conveniências no lobby então não possui frigobar no quarto, únicos pontos negativos foram: A) o ar-condicionado do quarto não gelava e fomos informados que todos os andares altos do bloco 2 apresentavam o mesmo "problema" e os quartos baixos estavam ocupados, então poderíamos trocar de quarto, mas para um com o mesmo problema...por fim a conclusão foi que todo bloco 2 apresentava problema nos splits. B) café da manhã com pães e bolos não frescos, talvez pelo feriado. Os bolos estavam ressecados e pães com aparência de "dormidos". C) estacionamento é gratuito e num ladeirão, mas pode estacionar facilmente nas vagas da rua, sem riscos.

Pior café da manhã.

Atendimento ruim, checkin demorado e sem orientação, quarto pequeno, café da manhã péssimo, pão velho, café parece chá, não repõe as comidas, manteiga em pote de molho. Nunca fui em um hotel com ambiente de café da manhã tão sujo e sem higiene. A cama e chuveiro são bons mas apenas isso.

Hotel fraco

Rede buget é econômica mais esse deixa adesejar, , hotel possui dois blocos e nao tem elevador para ligar o segundo para o terceiro andar que fica no outro bloco, o estacionamento nem se fala, uma ladrira alta e extensa que vc vai na chuva ou sol, cafê razoavel e cama boa e olhe la.

Péssimo! No app diz que o Check-in é 12h, chegando no hotel fui informada que era só as 14h. Paguei pelo valor com café da manhã, na hora falaram que não estava incluso. Depois de mostrar que tinha pago por isso, o café da manhã foi puro caos. Toda hora faltava comida, água quase não tinha, só o pão de queijo estava minimamente gostoso. Péssima estadia, não indico p ninguém e espero não voltar.

Acho que deveria deixar claro que para acessar os andares 3 a 5 deverá subir uma escada de ferro com varios degraus. Fiquei preocupada se for uma pessoa de idade. O estacionamento é de péssimo aceso o carro ficou na rua. O local não tem acessibilidade para deficientes. Enfim nao indico

Pernas para que te quero

Péssimo! Primeiro, o estacionamento é numa ribanceira que não tem nenhuma sistema para segurar o carro durante as chuvas, assim como para os hóspedes que precisam descê-la. Não há riscos no chão para o carro não derrapar e nem uma escada na lateral para que as pessoas desçam em segurança. Outra, são oferecidos serviços de Tv e Internet. Nos dias em que me hospedei a Tv não estava funcionando assim como a internet. Terrível! Por último, até onde consegui vivenciar, acessibilidade horrorosa! Fiquei no 5° andar e tive que pegar 1 elevador, subir uma escala e pegar outro elevador para chegar ao meu quarto. Se você estiver com malas pesadas, prepare-se para adrenalina ao se hospedar lá. Não tenho dúvidas que a hospedagem possa melhorar, mas minha experiência não foi positiva

Decepcionante para um hotel de rede!

Os quartos são pequenos no padrão Ibis, até aí, ok! O problema é que, como são em dois blocos, para acessar o quarto precisamos pegar um elevador, atravessar um corredor, pegar uma escada íngreme e depois outro elevador. O pessoal da recepção é atencioso e o manobreiro Henrique é muito gentil, mas o hotel deixou furos. No quarto eu relatei que a tampa do vaso estava solta e não havia shampoo no dispenser no chuveiro. Falaram que iam corrigir e nada. Esse Ibis de Petrópolis precisa melhorar bastante!
