Linda pousada!
Excelente pousada. Local lindo e agradável.Quarto confortável. Café da manhã excelente. Funcionários atenciosos. Internet boa. Estacionamento grátis. Localizada a 3km do centro histórico. Tem uma cozinha coletiva muito bem equipada. Único detalhe é o barulho da rua à noite. Porém, no chalé em que ficamos, o barulho era mascarado pelo condicionador de ar. Recomendo e ficaria de novo.

Worst Hotel experience ever
Worst hotel experience in my life. Had a reservation for one night as I was getting married in Petropolis and wanted to get ready at this Hotel. Reservation and payment done with over 3 months in advance and for my surprise, when I arrive at the hotel to checkin, that was no room available. After over half hour of discussion from the parking lot (No, they did not allow me into the hotel to solve my problem) they called the manager and 1 hour later I was brought to a "house", in downtown, without any parking for my car. I was given a room that was small than the bathroom that I had payed for. At no time the manager or the hotel owner tried to make up for the missunderstanding and as I did not feel safe at the house and that was no parking for my car I ended up sleeping elsewhere. I was only able to get into my room at noon on the day of my wedding (after almost begging for a room as the manager did not want to move me back to the hotel). My conclusion is that mistakes happens, but at no time the manager or the owner have tried to make up for their huge mistake. And guess what... No refunds issued to me! Going to sue these people.

Maravilhoso, mas com oportunidades de melhorias
A pousada é muito linda, o pessoal da recepção é muito eficiente e gentil, a proprietária (D. Regina) especialmente simpática e preocupada nos menores detalhes, o café da manhã é espetacular, mas temos alguns pontos à melhorar: a) Como estávamos em viagem de 39 luas de mel, escolhemos a suite master, que na minha avaliação foi cara, esperando encontrar algum diferencial maior, como uma cafeteira, frigobar com alguma opções de bebidas e alguns snacks, mas só havia água b) a suite master que ficamos é fora do corpo do hotel e exige um longo percurso de subidas de escada, o que já incomoda um pouco aos 70 anos. c) A partir das 20 horas, o hotel fecha e não oferece nenhum tipo de alimentação, nem mesmo alternativa, tendo recebido um controle remoto para abrir o portão e sair em busca de alimentação. Descrevo esses pontos como uma sugestão de melhoria, pois o lugar é muito lindo. Ainda existe uma taxa "opcional" de 10% a ser paga no checkout. Sugiro incluí-la no preço, á que o hóspede se sente um tanto obrigado a fazer o pagamento.

Pousada agradável mas precisando de reforma.
A pousada tem conforto no quarto mas carece de serviços e infraestrutura. E uma antiga construção com problemas estruturais e precisa de renovação. Estávamos em um grupo onde aconteceram problemas nos quartos A piscina não tem aquecimento e não há sauna, o que limita muito o lazer do hóspede.

Ótimo ambiente
Estrutura muito bonita, com casarões antigos em um terreno bastante silencioso. Estacionamento dentro do terreno. Tudo muito bem cuidado, com ótima manutenção e limpeza. Área equipada para hóspedes prepararem suas refeições. O café é espetacular, com muitas opções, todas saborosas. Quarto bom, bem cuidado e bem limpo, banheiro espaçoso e bom chuveiro. Cama muito confortável. Agradeço à sra Regina e toda equipe pelo atendimento e atenção durante a estadia!
