The apartment is located directly on a rocky coast and is separated from the sea by a small road. You can enjoy silence, tranquility and serenity. It is on the first floor, which is accessed by an external staircase. The apartment has a double bedroom, a kitchen with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace. On the ground floor there is a small outdoor space, where there is a table with four chairs, a barbecue, sunbeds for sunbathing and the need to hang out the laundry.

It enjoys a broad view of the coast. In the evening you can admire a spectacular sunset over the Egadi Islands. To the right and to the left (not far from the apartment 300 / 800mt) extend long sandy coasts and there are recreational marinas. The house is located a short distance from Trapani-Birgi airport and from the Palermo-Mazara del Vallo motorway. A few kilometers away you can visit the cities of: Trapani, Erice, Marsala, Mazara del Vallo, San Vito Lo Capo; the archaeological areas of Mozia, Segesta and Selinunte. You can visit the islands of Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo, the nature reserves of the Stagnone and Zingaro.
