Welcome to our beach resort oasis. Where the sun-filled and spacious triple aspect windows of this three-bedroom holiday home invite the light to dance through the open-planned lounge, kitchen, and dining area.
A haven for families and those seeking a quiet holiday escape, this property welcomes one small/medium-sized dog, promising a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
The lounge exudes relaxation with two large sofas, one of which can be transformed into an occasional sofa bed upon special request. A coffee table, sideboard, and a flat-screen TV with free Satellite channels and a DVD player create the perfect setting for cozy evenings in. Patio doors lead to the front decked seating area, extending the living space into the refreshing sea air.
The open plan kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a large breakfast bar and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, hob & extractor hood, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker. Pots, pans, glasses, serving dishes, and cutlery complete the kitchen, ensuring a seamless home-from-home experience. The dining table with six chairs is ideally placed next to the kitchen, fostering a social space for gatherings and conversations.
The master bedroom, with its king-sized bed, promises restful nights and comes complete with an en-suite shower room featuring a low-level WC and sink unit with cupboards below. The second and third bedrooms offer full-sized single beds, wardrobes, and dressing tables, with an additional family shower room catering to these two bedrooms.
Step outside to the prime location within the park, where this holiday home stands at the end of a row, offering a large, fenced back garden with ample seating, and a pergola—a perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine while the kids play.
Basic kitchen essentials are provided, including tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, and tea towels. Al-fresco dining is a joy on the large, decked area, perfect for both evening meals and daytime sunbathing.
Immerse yourself in the relaxed environment and sea air, taking advantage of the park facilities. Dive into the heated indoor pool, savour meals at the modern restaurant and bar, or simply unwind on the outside terrace with breathtaking views. Families are in for a treat with an outdoor play area, children’s shallow pool, and Loopy Kids Club providing entertainment over the season. Passes can be purchased from the park reception.
The parks facilities are fully operational from March to October yearly, encompassing an indoor swimming pool, gym, laundry, and a large clubhouse bar and restaurant with evening entertainment and hot and cold food. Some limited facilities are available during the winter months.
A mere 10-minute walk brings you to the bustling seaside village of Pevensey Bay. Explore the nearby Eastbourne Marina development and Crumble’s retail park for a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, and the picturesque harbour itself.

(Correct prices as of Sept 2023). You can purchase the pass from the main reception area just across the road from the holiday home. There are limited facilities during off peak times, however, don't forget the beach is just a pebble’s throw from the mobile home and is great in the winter too. You could enjoy the surf during the blustery weather or wrap up warm and take a walk along the long and beautiful bay. Eastbourne, Battle and Hastings are also great winter places to explore.
