We travelled late September and the weather was mild. We enjoyed sitting in front at the gas fire pit! It was lovely. We were surprised to find out that they offered a 2 hour happy hour Monday through Friday, as well as a hot breakfast. An unexpected surprise! There were also very convenient restaurant options. It was a marvelous stay. The dining and pool areas were excellent.

The sign out front is broken and my first room had leaky air conditioning and the floor was wet. My second room did not have shampoo, body wash, or conditioner in the shower. Both rooms were a bit damp and musty smelling. Additionally, when I got there on Sunday the Wi-Fi was down and it wasn't fixed until Thursday night. While the staff was friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good, there's no way this should be marketed as a three star hotel. It's overpriced for what you get. Chains like Best Western are Comfort Inn are much better.

I really like having Not only the continental breakfast that is supplied from the machine shed next door, but also they have complimentary Alcoholic drinks Monday through Friday and also since I don't drink, they offer soda! This is by far The best hotel I've ever stayed at

Toilet was broke/clogged and we let staff know-no one came to fix so we fixed it ourselves. Floors in halls/elevator were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. Comforter had blood stain that was not from us and we had to ask for a new one. Fitness room out of order-ceiling was caved in. The hot breakfast was really good. I liked the outdoor theme and decor in lobby. The fireplace outside was nice as well. My kids had fun in the pool.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the outside was very nice, neat and tidy , and walking inside the lobby was also very nice. The person checking me in was very nice, until going into the hotel room itself was very outdated. Outdated needed some cleaning and it smelled a little bit. This morning on upon checking out they overcharged me were very rude about it. Did not want to help fix the situation and basically him and I had an argument he was very rude. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The room was noisy due to sometype of fan vibration in the bathroom. We were moved ,but this room had the noise as well, just not as loud, we kept the bathroom door ajar and this helped.
