By creating 'The Terrace' in our 18th century barn we favored CHARM, COMFORT and AUTHENTICITY
Charming old stones and ancient beams, comfort of a functional layout and modern facilities,
Authenticity of a lifestyle shared between house and garden in all seasons thanks to the mild climate of the Languedoc area.
Enjoy a dream vacation in this spacious, bright and airy gîte of 75 m2, fully AIR CONDITIONED to ensure unparalleled comfort in the heat of summer. Located on the half-first floor of the house, it offers a large living /sitting area with 2 sofas, including a convertible one, 2 armchairs, coffee table, office table for your internet time. The spacious dining area is served by a kitchen (equipped with all modern comforts).
A corridor leads to the sleeping area: airy and bright bathroom, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms.
A queen size bed in the master bedroom (Languedoc charm room) and 2 twin beds in the other room. Both rooms are large and airy with windows opening onto the garden.
On the ground floor: entrance overlooking the garden and terrace. A laundry area is laid out there (washing machine, dryer, ironing)
The terrace is protected by a canopy, it serves as a dining area with summer kitchen. The garden offers a relaxing area with lounge chairs and an aboveground pool 7.35m long x 3.75m wide (secured ladder for children) with sunbeds.
It is a very intimate space, sunny, fully enclosed, where you will enjoy friendly moments. The children will be safe there to indulge in their games.
A large private garage completes this home; it opens in the entrance. Bicycles are available as well as children's games.

Well situated within 10 minutes walk of the town. Pezenas is a lovely town and other places - in any direction - are easy to reach, within a 50km radius.

The Terrace Cottage
What an amazing place for my daughter and I to stay. Close to lots of places to see and lots to do. Gisele, I hope to return one day to see more of Pezenas and the surrounding area. I do hope we left everything as we found it. I was ill the day we left so I hope I left it clean enough. Regards Steve.

Lovely gite in a great location
Stayed here for 1 week. Communication with Gisele was good. The gite is lovely with excellent outdoor space, plenty of options for sun or shade. Pool spotlessly clean and well maintained. Location is great, very peaceful but only a short walk to the centre of Pezenas and easy access to A75. Short drive to supermarkets. Would recommend.

Spacious apartment close to old town
Very nice barn conversion on working family vineyard. Parking on street outside house (quiet country lane) or in garage. Downstairs front door, washing machine and access to garden. Upstairs large light kitchen/sitting room. Corridor to two bedrooms (1 twin , 1 double), shower room and separate toilet. Nice terrace with tables and chairs, small garden with pool. Weather was very humid and thundery - we didn’t use outside space due to mosquitoes but would be nice space in better weather. Short easy walk into historic centre. Gisele our host spoke very good English and was very welcoming. Thank you!

5 stars for everything
It was just what we wanted. Pezenas is a lovely town. We decided to have a car free holiday as there are good cheap bus links with Montpelier, Beziers and the coast. The accommodation was lovely and comfortable. Easy walking distance from town yet quiet and a great place to relax both inside and out.

Would choose this gîte again!
Lovely patio, nice little pool. House is spotlessly clean, very well equipped, in a quiet side street but only a very short walk into charming Pezenas centre. Host is very friendly and helpful, and patient with my halting French. If we come back to Pezenas, this is where we will book.

Idilic holiday
‘La Terasse’ provided us with the ideal holiday. It was a quiet and peaceful retreat and yet within easy reach of bars, restaurants and the atmosphere of central Pezenas. Gisele and Claude are so welcoming. The accommodation itself is a comfortable and charming place to stay, with so much character. The outside offers a great deal too. It is a sheltered sun trap offering sunbathing, a dip in the pool and an outside cooking area - on sunny days no need to move. We loved our stay there and definitely will be back.

Tranquility but striking distance of life
Had a great stay here last week..Giselle the owner was waiting for us on arrival and gave us a tour of the house.Dont be alarmed by the plain facade when you pull up because the interior and rear of the house are great. The house is spacious and equipped with everything for your stay.Shame it wasn't warm enough to get in the pool yet.Situated down a country lane aligned with vineyards the property was peace personified with no traffic passing and the sound of chickens in the morning! It's only a 10 min walk into the old town and main part of Pezenas.Great restaurants and bars. O and a very good pizza place for takeaways about 2 mins down the lane in case you get really peckish. We would definitely stay again. A bientot Giselle!

Great location, 5 minute walk to Pézenas historic town. Well equipped, good beds, very clean, air condition and a lovely covered patio where all meals were taken. This was our second stay here, and we warmly recommend it. Giselle is a great host.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war wunderbar. Sie hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr genau beschrieben. Der Pool ist wirklich toll bei der Hitze und die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung ebenso. Es ist sehr viel Platz vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

La maison est parfaite, très propre, bien équipée. L'extérieur est très agréable avec la cuisine d'été et la piscine. Le centre est à quelques minutes à pied mais la maison est vraiment au calme, c'est très agréable. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait en famille, vraiment ce que l'on recherchait.
