The Franklin was the perfect quaint spot for my husband and I who traveled to Philadephia for a quick getaway! From the moment we walked through the door (at 1am I might add) to the moment we left we were treated with respect, and kidness. We had a few needs that were immediately met and taken care of with a smile. Our room was stuffy, and we were moved to a new room at no problem. The location was perfectly located to access all of the spots Philadelphia offers. I would stay here again!

The room was beautifully decorated. They need to remodel the dated bathrooms, clean up scuffs on the wall. Clean more thoroughly. The thermostats are seemingly just for show. The room was incredibly hot with no way to adjust the temperature. Charming but would not stay again.

Cozy Boutique Experience
Rooms were tastefully decorated and spacious enough. Really enjoyed the speakeasy style bar and complimentary continental breakfast. Great location, too! Looking forward to returning sometime soon!
