Very hospitable. Allowed us to check in early to our room. Greatly appreciated. Free parking as well as secured parking if you desire, which is great. Close proximity to Penn and Drexel if you have a student. Nice to have a kitchen. Very clean. Felt very safe.

The property was very clean. Bedroom Comforter was impressive, the bed however was not. The mattress felt like i was sleeping on wood. The sleeper was no better in the living room. they took a 200 deposit and were not fast in returning it. High marks for cleanliness, very low marks for comfort.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Parking is super limited so I’d recommend doing valet for $40 a night. The room was very spacious and comfy! Can’t wait to visit again.

The staff was welcoming. As we walked into the hotel with our luggage and other items, we were seen by a staff member (I actually think she was the owner) and she immediately opened the door and greeted us. It was refreshing. The desk staff, Natasha and Zakira, were very pleasant. I had an issue with the cleanliness within and withour the room, I bought it to the attention of one staff member, Clark. He actually did a walk through of our room as I pointed out my issues. He was very receptive and appreciated that I bought it to his attention. If this results in the positive actions he stated, which I hope it will, I would recommend this location highly.

This property was very average at best. The size of the rooms were nice, but that was the only plus. The area around the hotel was very dirty- literal trash everywhere. Parking was not available. Our car was too long to fit in the $40 per night parking. When we asked what where to park, we were not offered any information other than "I dont know." (although it was young college age adults wotking the counter.) The hot water in the showers did not last through 1 shower. When we arrived on the second night from dinner, our key card would not work to open the door, even though it was only 8:10 pm. We were stranded out in the rain. The woman behind the desk came and opened the door to tell us to try again and then shut the door on us. We tried to swipe the card again and it didn't work, so she came outside to show us how to swipe it, then went inside and shut the door on us again to try and get ourselves in. Still staning in the rain with 4 children, we finally figured out you cant keep the card in the "sleeve" to use. You have to take it out. We did not have a "bad" experience, but there was nothing special to make us come back to this area.

The room wasn’t ready at 3pm ( check in time) . Tha apartment is new, very clean , big and comfortable. Full kitchen, but unfortunately no single pot or pan. It would be nice to be able to make some tea. There is coffee and tea downstairs.

This is a brand new location when I visited. Everything was clean and efficient. This would have been five stars all the way around, except there was no self parking and valet parking was very expensive.
