Worth the money!!
Nice 2 nite get away!! Literally right on the river making for good sunrise views and pics. Only 1 complaint and that was the sighting of a German Cockroach under the microwave on top of the fridge. Only saw 1 but if you manage to bring one of them home in your bag it could infest your home! Please get that taken care of... Other than that 10+... Front desk was great and even let me slide on the $30 cash deposit i was unaware of upon check in n next day gave me all the time i needed with a late checkout. Very happy with the customer service here, very accommodating. Thank You all very much!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The reasons are too many to list. The description of this property was VERY misleading. Even the locals had negative things to say about the place. The only saving grace was the great park next door with a view of the river. We left early due to ALL the problems in BOTH rooms we were given.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The floors and bathtub were less than clean. When asked if they could give us another room, we were told they were renovating and had limited rooms and they were full. I would have to wait on hold for 2 hr to try and get a refund from Expedia. The bed linens were clean and we were only staying for 1 night so we decided to stay. The staff was nice.

The front desk personal was friendly and answered all my questions. The building is old and the surrounding outside pavillion was in disrepair and ramshackled looking. The room was clean and had all the basics I would need for my stay. My biggest concern was that there was no deadbolt on the door ... there was a latch at the top of the door that we closed and of course an outside lock to use with a hotel room card. Room access was open to the outside versus having an inside the hotel access.

Great setting for a tired facility. Attention to detail absent. Found two fine, local restaurants within a modest walk but employee only offered cheap carry out options. Employees friendly and polite.
