Very clean and new boutique. Our room was very small . One of the smallest we have ever stayed in. Parking is offsite and a brisk walk in the dark.

Great property, love this neighborhood. Walk or bike everywhere. Not far from ‘L’ train to Center City. Lots of nightlife nearby. My only issue was not being able to get local channels on the TV, but I didn’t ask the staff for assistance on this so it’s not their fault. Bar was very nice. I didn’t eat here but the restaurant looked fabulous & upscale. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing luxury amenities for an affordable price. I would expect this hotel to be double what I paid for it. This was beauty, comfort, function, and indulgence- everything you want your hotel stay to be.

This is a beautiful and charming hotel in the heart of Philly's Fishtown. An urban oasis, with an exquisite pool, terrace patio, outstanding restaurant (Bastia) and two wonderful cocktail bars. A true gem!
