This beautiful home is located in the suburb of Upper Darby features conventional oven for baking, a huge living room, over size dining room to entertain a family with of 8-10 chair. Huge/special white kitchen with lots of cooking materials and a separate breakfast room. Enclosed front porch that can be used as a TV room (optional) or children playroom, could be used as a working area. Less than 5 mins to most restaurants, such as McDonald, star buck, Purkins, Acme supermarket, $ Tree, Family $. Lots buzzing restaurant district of traditional food stores, such as Hola food/ market, African food stores, just to name a few. 5-10 mins to most public transpiration to 69 street Transporation center. 5 mins to children playground.

General view of the property
Neighborhood was safe; property was a bit outdated especially the bathrooms. The sink in master bathroom was blocked and could not be used and that was an issue as it one of only 2 bathroom sinks for 5 or more bedroom house. Property will do well with a visitor’s half bathroom on main level. Some curtains had duct tape holding it in place. Heating and Air Con worked well although it does not get to third floor. Overall it was ok. It was not great.
