Unexpectedly awesome
I checked in not expecting much, I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and cozy. Only thing I could ask for is a microwave in the room. The cleanest room I've been in for years.

Poor signage. Difficult to find from road. Additionally, television featured "live tv" but it was a cable feed like Hulu that didn't have access to World Series. We appreciate that the woman working the desk tried to help but her efforts were not successful. Not the place to go to if one wants to see a live sports event.

The hotel was nice overall. Free breakfast was delicious my only issue is i paid for my room at check-in and when i checked out they told me i owed them $100 which isn't true because I paid at check in. The manager Marcus did something in the computer and added another card to my account im not sure why they kept trying to charge my card for this $100 i had to call the front desk for answers and no one knew how to answer me or what they were talking about. Ive never had this issue at any hotel so im not sure i will ever go back to the prussia hotel
