I liked the front desk staff. They were pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. My room was very nicely decorated and best of all clean. The housekeeping staff should be acknowledged.

The hotel was nice overall. Free breakfast was delicious my only issue is i paid for my room at check-in and when i checked out they told me i owed them $100 which isn't true because I paid at check in. The manager Marcus did something in the computer and added another card to my account im not sure why they kept trying to charge my card for this $100 i had to call the front desk for answers and no one knew how to answer me or what they were talking about. Ive never had this issue at any hotel so im not sure i will ever go back to the prussia hotel
