We have waited an hour to be picked up from the airport after arrival. 1st we have been told that driver picked up someone else (and I knew about this only because I called 40 min or so later to double check. I repeated our exact location and 25 min later a driver called. Apparently he was looking for us in departures (?!). After arrival to the hotel the receptionist wasn't very nice, she barely spoke to us and we didn't have the opportunity to ask couple questions- she took personal call and we had to wait until she relented and answered our questions still being on the phone. Room wasn't very clean (we are NOT clean freaks) which didn't add to good impression. On the bright side - the beds were comfortable, breakfast started at 6am and at 7am sharp we had a ride to airport. Driver double checked the room # to make sure noone was left behind.

The property overall was okay. The hallways smelled pretty bad, and the rooms were small and antiquated. The breakfast and airport shuttle was a huge plus.

It's conveniently located, everything I needed was easily accessible. The only issue was the hot water did not work so I took sponge baths instead of taking showers.

The best part of this hotel is the lobby. The halls smell like cigarettes and mold. Trust I had to go to each level to find a working vending machine which is on level two. I found that out on my own. The rooms are filthy. The floors were dusty you could see the dirt on the floor boards and in the corners. The bathroom had stains on the mirror and shower doors the showers definitely make you want to wear water shoes in them. The toilet? Please don’t sit down. The hotel room telephone had so much dust I just had to pick it up, my intrusive thoughts won and the receiver was stuck to the phone. When you notify the staff behind the desk they stare at you in a blank stare but what can they do? Put you in another dirty room??? When I went to check out I had another guest complaining of how black the floors were when she went to mop it herself. It’s not a convenient location so don’t waste your money. The price is the same as better hotels. This was literally my only choice after the hotel I had booked previously to attend a wedding had a water pipe issue.

The room dirty. Doors broken, both room door and bathroom door. Floor has stains, at 6am there is a hammer banging and loud saws constantly for an hour. Tried to call front desk phone is broken.. you can’t make this up.. called from my cell phone and front desk tells me yes they are doing some minor repairs…. Like what? Then put me on a floor that has zero construction…

The pictures on the website are not the same as you check into the hotel. The hotel is in need of upgrades. The breakfast could’ve been better. The service at breakfast was horrible. The hotel was fully booked and you run out of food. It was not welcoming. The lobby area should be more welcoming with more flowers and decorations, it was only convenient because it was six minutes away from the casino

Clean rooms, fine stay
Quick overnight stay during a soccer tournament, just needed a place to sleep. Hotel lobby & rooms were nice, beds comfortable. Took several minutes for the front desk personnel to come out of the back room to check us in at 5:30pm on a Saturday evening. Breakfast was satisfactory with waffles, eggs & sausage among with quick service items. Again at checkout took several minutes for someone to come to the desk. As someone was standing there before me I motioned for them to go first and he then said he worked there. Seemed odd someone to be standing in the lobby and not try to get help for the 2 customers at the desk. Location is a little iffy, there’s a fire station next door so heard the sirens twice overnight.
