Good place if you just nees somewhere to stay. Water and coffee available in lobby with hot breakfast available in the mornings. Parking was not an issue. Linens and towels were clean. The place needs a little work on appearance, paint and other minor things. It is what was expected for the price and hotel rating

I booked here not having read reviews and had second thoughts about changing my reservation prior to my trip after reading a few. I’ll knock a few worries out for others having doubts due to complaints/reviews of other people. First, the surrounding neighborhood is ok on the eye. There’s a university and fire station right next door. Also, seems some airport staff stay here as well so that was comforting. Second, they have parking in the front and back of the hotel, the restaurant parking is off to the side of the hotel and clearly separated. I stayed during the week so I can’t tell you how weekends are, but it was suffice for us. The halls are a bit beat up and there is a dusty smell but nothing that penetrated the room. The room/bed was clean and furniture/look was modern. If you plan to visit and spend a lot of time in the hotel, this is not for you. If your plan is like mine (use the day/night to explore the city and use the hotel to simply sleep) this place is great. If you want the place to look like the Marriot or Lowe’s, go stay there. But don’t knock the place because you couldn’t/didn’t spend the money.

The property is newly remodeled and impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was satisfactory. Initially, I felt some apprehension due to the low price and the location, but it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise

Stayed on the 5th floor the hall smelled like weed all day every day so much that they smell would come in my door. Some really iffy people stay there FYI. They came in my room even when put the do not disturb sign. Bad presentation when the lobby sofas have some pee stains like.

Honestly, I think that they could do better. It's old, the front office is clean but the rooms are not. My bathroom was dirty, the first towels they have given me were dirty with makeup from other guests. The hallway isn't clean neither and the elevators suck. One of them isn't working on my 1st day. Outside is clean but I don't recommend it. The wifi is super slow and the eggs from the breakfast isn't tasteful at all. Find better!

The rooms are large with plenty of walking space. I am a wheelchair user and I had plenty of room to maneuver my chair in the room. There was lots of room on the desk for my laptop and paperwork and the variety of charging ports made recharging all of my devices convenient. The room itself was clean and modern but the hallway and elevators could use a sprucing up. There was also some strange beeping sound down at the other end of the hallway that never stopped (on the 2nd floor). You really notice it at night in the room when you are trying to sleep. I don't know if it's a smoke detector that needs a new battery or a broken card key chime on one of the doors but it was annoying. Housekeeping was nice. And a hotel employee even came out to help me put my wheelchair in the car. They could also use some more handicapped parking spaces.

The commodities were basic but acceptable. There could have been racks for towells in the bathroom which was small. The bed was super big and comfortable (the greatest plus for us). The room and the hotel were clean. The staffr were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a little disappointing, we had to wait to be replenish. The sausage were over cooked and hard, and the choice wasn't great, but ok for a short stay.

The Comfort Inn is exactly what an economical hotel should be. It is clean, convenient to I-95, with a friendly staff and a decent breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size. I highly recommend it.

Disappointing
Upon entering the hotel the general vibe compelled me to search for bed bugs. Thankfully none we're found and the mattresses were in good shape. Rooms were not as clean as they could be. Window didn't lock. Door was hard to open. Door deadbolt didn't work. Half the staff was friendly enough, the other half just missed the mark. If not for the airport shuttle, this room was not worth what I paid.
