Complete Newly Renovated Home

Enjoy all Philly has to offer with this newly renovated townhouse. Situated right in the heart of Philidelphia's University City - in close proximity to Drexel, UPenn, CHOP, HUP, USMLE. This townhome is perfect for students, traveling professionals, medical students, families visiting universities, a couple visiting the city, or for a relaxing staycation!
The space
Newly renovated townhome on quiet street in University City Philadelphia. the street is filled with families and a few other Airbnb's. It's quiet and very comfortable.

As you walk in the living room is open to the dining room and kitchen. Ample seating is provided in the living room with a large television mounted for your convenience.

The dining room has seating for six, and the kitchen is fully equipped with pots pans baking dishes cheese grater toast or a waffle iron, the works!

Just past there is the laundry room with a fully working washer and dryer and a full bathroom.

The backyard is cemented with seating and a fire pit.

Up the stairs are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has lots of natural light and a TV mounted for your viewing pleasure. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a full bathroom with double sinks which is attached.

Go back down the stairs to the basement and two extra rooms are there to make your stay! To your right is a TV/game room with a mounted television and board games. To your left is a kids playroom! With a play kitchen table and chairs and books for your kids to enjoy!

What was not listed in this listing is that if you want to park your car there is no parking out front as there is a 2-hour parking limit and parking officers come by regularly to enforce this. You will have to go a few blocks over to fight for a parking spot if one is available so you can park. Also, the listing stated that there is a bath/shower this is incorrect as there is no bath and there was no way for me to bath my son who has sensory issues with showers. If you were looking for a place to stay that you can easily get from upstairs to downstairs this is not the place for you the stairs were extremely narrow unsafe and steep, and the railing was also very loose on the wall. I wouldn't allow my 3-year-old anywhere near these steps. the listing is deceiving. both bedrooms are connected which the listing made it seem like they were on 2 separate floors. The sheets on the bunk bed had not been changed as there were crumbs and god knows what was still on the sheets when we went to sleep. There is no water pressure for showers. we ran out of hot water very fast. The play area if you want to call it was in the basement and was extremely cold and there was another set of very narrow steep steps to get down there.

Great location- easy walk to Clark park etc, quiet street, easy parking. House was cute and comfortable. Nice firm mattress. The only big negative for us was very overpowering air freshener. It was overwhelming. We had to unplug them all and air out the house and it was still pretty present. Didn’t try the upstairs shower but downstairs one had pretty low pressure. Kitchen could use a few things like a fresh sponge and a kitchen towel but over all this was a good stay for sure.

Excellent property!!
This property was great. Everything was clean, well organized. Had extra toiletries and towels and blankets to make you feel comfortable during your stay. The neighborhood was good as well. Very quiet block, parking wasn’t bad either. The backyard area was a plus and the use of the fire pit. Would be even better in the summer! I would definitely recommend this to others, 10/10.
