Front desk was really rude. The message I left when booking the trip was apparently never passed on to the hotel. The hotel manager said since the room was booked through Expedia I could not receive points for this booking. Upon entering the hotel, the one thing we noticed the most other than the property being clean was how amazing it smelled. The beautiful scent was present all throughout hotel and was very relaxing.
