The hotel is nice, the stay was terrible, ac was broken for the whole hotel! It was so hot we couldn't sleep! The hotel was also very noisy with people up the while night being loud in the lobby areas!

Balcony overlooked what used to be a pool! Pool covered, hot tub filled in with dirt. Obstructed view out windows into a swamp. Definitely not a family friendly Hotel. This Hotel should be for airport staff, pilots and flight attendants only.

Had to switch my room Twice due to a dirty tub with rust. Second room same situation and holes and cracks in the walls plus missing a mirror smh. Third room was pretty good. Parking they charge $25 a night from a third party which is horrible. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant food & drinks pretty good.

Air conditioning was completely out in my first room. They moved me to another room and it went out the first night. Large burn holes in carpet in my room. Soap dispenser was empty and they never refilled it for my 3 night stay.

I booked this room for a speaker who spoke at an event. He said the room was clean and the hotel was nice. However, he said the shuttle service was slow and he was not happy about it and ended taking an Uber as he didn’t believe they would get him to his returning flight in time. Overall the hotel itself was good but would say that you should give yourself extra time as it pertains to the shuttle.
