No AC in room, could not sleep.
It was a great hotel, but the Air conditioning in the rooms were broken. It had been a warm, sunny day, and it was close to 80 at 2 pm. The staff is wonderful, the rooms have lots of room. The 1st floor lobby was on a different AC, so we spent a lot of time there. Important: they do not have your email address if you book through hotels.com. I could have been warned about the problem if hotels.com passed that along to the hotel.

The hotel is nice, the stay was terrible, ac was broken for the whole hotel! It was so hot we couldn't sleep! The hotel was also very noisy with people up the while night being loud in the lobby areas!

I unfortunately had a not so great experience at this hotel. We had an overnight layover so we came here to get some sleep. We should have known since the moment we checked in — we asked when we should come down/leave for a flight at 5am, and they just told us that there will probably be a shuttle leaving so just show up whenever. No recommendations about when/nothing to assure us there actually would be a shuttle. The dining experience was terrible — unfortunately they got our order wrong 3 times and one time I’m pretty sure they brought out spoiled food (which I sent back. And I never send food back). We didn’t get a minute of sleep between slamming doors, arguments, bass pumping in the parking lot, kids screaming/crying (it was almost comical). I have literally slept better in an airport terminal. I would never stay here again unfortunately. And I’m sorry I have to leave this review but I would want to know these details if I were going to travel here and consider staying.
