Bad housekeeping, no fresh towels daily, no room cleaning daily, no indoor pool working! No hot tub at all, no fresh cookies at all, staff wasn’t that friendly and didn’t seem to really care bc they were on cell phones at desk or wrapped puppy in a blanket for my check in

Housekeeping didn’t come daily to remove old towels or give us fresh ones, had to get those ourselves. They didn’t clean up room daily or beds or refill shampoos and supplies. Greatest disappointment was that hot tub on picture at website was not even there and indooor pool was not even heated to swim in!!! Never going back!!! I usually only stay at Hilton/Hampton inns!! This was awful

The room furniture was a bit worn. Housekeeping did not replace any of the cups, we had to call and ask for the 4 days we were there. Besides that pretty nice hotel and area.

My room was clean, but several places throughout the hotel was unhygienic. My sisters room floor was disgusting. And several guests where complaining about their rooms cleanines as I was arriving. I seemed to have been fortunate to get a clean room. The hotel front desk staff were not very knowledgeable about hotel policies as well as several things have changed there. I came for the comfortability and convenience of everything in one spot and everything inside and outside the hotel was closed even after the holiday.

This is a very old, run down property. The staff are ok, but they didn’t go out of their way to assist us when we realized that the sleeper sofa was so old that no human being could possibly sleep on it. They were borderline rude when we complained and gave us no offer for solution. Our request for a second room for free was denied. So we had to book a second room to have the bed we thought we were getting in the first room. That was an expense we were not prepared to make. Not recommended.

You can tell this hotel was top notch 40 years ago. It has great bones, a wonderful lobby and a nice Bar area. But it is old and in need of a good cleaning. The room was largely clean, but when I lifted the roller seat, that had been missed. Vents also need cleaned. Bed is fine, couch was fine, but desk and table are wooden relics from the 70s. But service was solid, and the food was decent. Room was otherwise clean and comfortable beyond expressed issues. Bottom line? It’s acceptable. You could do worse. But you could also do better.

The property was good overall—the bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. I had booked a two-bed room for two adults and two kids. However, when I checked in, they didn’t inform me that the room only had one bed and a couch. Additionally, there were only two towels provided. The swimming pool also didn’t have towels, so I went to the front desk to address the issue. They said the bed situation was a problem with hotels.com and advised me to contact them directly. As for the towels, they said they didn’t have any more available for either the room or the swimming pool. The front desk staff always seemed annoyed. I wasn’t expecting VIP treatment, but it would have been nice to feel at least a little welcome. If you do not care for customer this place is for you.

Great place but cold pool
Great place to stay, we stayed with kids and stayed here specifically for the pool and although they did have a pool and it was clean it was absolutely freezing for an indoor pool, 10/10 do not recommend the pool but everything else was wonderful!
