I booked this room because i had a flight that was delayed and came in after 3AM. The hotel staff did not want to check me in because they already started their night audit. After all the delays, I just wanted my room I paid for and had to fight to get my room. I was not happy about this.

Staff was clueless and lazy. My 82 year old dad travelled for 3 days so I decided to get him a room there and pay for it online so he could rest. They refused to let him check in because he didn’t have a credit card for incidentals. He offered to leave cash equal to the incidental charge and they refused. Luckily I called from Mozambique to check if he arrived safely, just to find out my dad was stranded. I had to stop my work and fill a form virtually with my credit card information for incidentals. It makes no sense. Then my sister came the next day to pick him up and she asked the rent desk and was told my dad already checked

My room had an old musty smell, the carpet had stains, toilet was leaking, toilet seat and tub was not fully cleaned. Most disappointing was the bed sheets and comforter. The sheets had someone's hair on it and comforter had stains. The curtains even had stains. The indoor pool was closed with yellow tape around it. I would not recommend or stay again.

I paid for late checkout but, on my last day Housekeeping knocked on my hotel door 4 times. Either the front desk didn't communicate this to housekeeping or housekeeping didn't care. Extremely unprofessional because, if you didn't respond right away they would unlock the door. Not sure if I'll stay here again

Walking up to see what looks like the building was getting fixed on .was a turn off. Carpet dirty , shower curtain old & shower old. To hold the Hilton name the place should look better . Needs a face lift. Safe was nice & it served it purpose for the night but NEVER AGAIN!

Room (232) was near the lift and we were woken at numerous times throughout the night by people using it. Room very tired. Daughter got stuck in toilet due to damaged door handle. Would not recommend. Staff and shuttle drivers very nice though.

Toilet didn’t flush. Sink had a leak. Ice machine had mold and rusty around it. Front desk offered me a room with shower and when I got to me, it was a tub. They didn’t try to accommodate me. Breakfast is $20 and had fly on it and they still charged full price with no apology. Only good thing is it’s near Wells Fargo Arena.

There were spillsi the hallway by the elevator. The next morning it was still there and housekeeping was cleaning rooms, apparently not concerned about the spills on the floor by the elevator. The hotel was under construction so that added to the lack of visual appeal. The front desk service was good though.
