It looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was hair in the sink and on the toilet, the floors were visibly dirty as well as the fridge and tabletops. Front desk was nice but the room was just a mess.

This is a roach motel, figuratively and literally. I’d never stay here again. The reviews speak for themselves, so believe the reviews/feedback that people have left because it’s true I promise you! The staff were so unpleasant. They never welcomed us and had us standing in the lobby while they made it look like they were busy. 0/10, I don’t recommend. I want my $ back quite honestly! Roach on the door as well. Room was unclean. Stains on the sheet, stains on the kitchen and bathroom counter. I could tell the shower hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever seen or stayed at. The worst situation ever. Roaches, dirty walls, floors, bathroom smelled of urine. Rugs were disguisting and stained. Stove was rusty. Elevators had garbage. Hallways had garbage. Roaches were on the walls. Sheets were dirty and hairy. Roaches under the bed. Hotel smelled of smoke. Teach pilled up in hallways. Panels on crimping were missing. Hallway had a flood. This was horrible. This hotel needs to close. Asap. Very unsanitary and unsafe.

The staff were very nice but the rooms were terrible. There were bugs (alive and dead) in the shower, on the floor, crushed into the carpet, and on the window sill. The AC unit blew lukewarm air and the room never got cooler than about 75 degrees. The TV had to be operated manually because there was no remote, and its stand was broken so when I was changing channels it felt like the whole TV was going to break off. The carpet is ancient and gross.

I stayed there one night and when I entered the room the carpet was torn, there were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, the FURNITURE was old and there was no light in certain parts. In short, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Right when we entered our room, it didn’t take us 20 minutes to find a cockroach in the bathroom. The room was unclean, the floor had weird substance on it, the sink was dirty, and everything was dusty. Not only that, but out of nowhere, the sink in the room we were staying in started overflowing with HOT water and got all our stuff on the counter wet and the carpeted floor. We checked out immediately and because there were no other rooms on the property, we called Expedia for a refund since we didn’t stay in that place at all. But we got hung up on more than 6 times because customer support could not fathom the thought of us wanting a JUSTIFIED refund instead of paying for the $150 cancellation fee when we were FORCED TO LEAVE.

It was the worst place I ever entered there were a bunch of guys smoking outside the hotel could barely get through door with out feeling uncomfortable!! The place had roaches !!! And bed bugs I would never recommend anyone to stay here it really should be shut down !! Even the staff stated they have a bed bug issue

On every level of the hotel, huge and extremely noisy dehumidifier were running 24/7. There was an unpleasant smell throughout. Breakfast ( in the very noisy foyer) contained muffins and cheap health bars. No table, no chairs. Coffee was good… Trying to converse with staff was nearly impossible, and whenever I asked to repeat a word, they were very rude. The room was clean, but there was only one lightbulb for 3 light fixtures. Staff told me that I would have to wait until the maintenance would show up… The hotel is clearly used as accommodations for homeless people. I applaud and support this, but then the house should not be advertised/presented on the website as it is currently done. I want my money back!

Ac in the hallways must have been broken, they had portable swamp coolers in the hallway with blowers moving the air around, room had issues, broken dresser drawers, cracked paint and drywall in spots, hair dryer was busted and rusted, shower curtain holder / rod was broken where it attaches to the wall, Tied for the worst extended stay I have ever stayed at Also, they charge a fee for parking, not staying there again
