For starters I have never been to downtown Philly. It did remind me of NYC. The hotel was in a great location. My kids were going to a concert at the Lincoln Stadium. Valet was $66 for overnight. However, it was 24/7. Those guys worked their butts off. I didn’t have any issues with them. The front desk woman was very friendly. The room was small but I expected it. It was clean. The only thing that was odd was the shower. When you shower the water gets all over. I did go to the free breakfast and they did have more options than I expected. The coffee was really good. The oatmeal was good. We ate dinner at the restaurant next door. That was great!

One night stay for a concert. Unfortunately the rooms a/c was not adjustable and it was a warm night. Bed was comfortable but temperature of room was not. The room was not ready an hour after check in time. The one concierge was not very friendly but everyone else was extremely kind! Neighborhood was nice! Would stay again

The staff was friendly but I thought my room seemed run-down. Usually, something looking old doesn't bother me, but it made the room feel unclean. There were stains in the toilet, but it had clearly been cleaned. The door handle to the wardrobe was broken. I think the biggest issue other travelers need to be aware of is though there is a wall mounted thermostat in your room, you have no control over the temperature. My thermostat was set on 65 but the room felt stuffy (for reference my house is usually set at 75, so 65 would have been freezing). I tried adjusting the temperature and while I could change the temperature it indicated that functions were disabled. If you are someone that needs to be able to control the temperature, this is definitely not the hotel for you. The soundproofing wasn't great but because this is tucked away a bit more, outside noise wasn't too bad. Overall, it was okay.

We had two rooms. Mine and my wife's was fine. My sister and here husband had room where there was a lot of hair in the shower. Also when they unfolded the shower mat 3 elastic hair bands fell out. Really puts you off

Staff didn’t seem to want to help with accessibility issues but other than that very polite. One of our double rooms was way too cramped to be a double, actually had to walk sideways against a wall to get to the other bed. Very odd.
