Cancelled our booking day of and rebooked it to someone else when the expedia payment didn't come through with no warning or reaching out. Then refused to refund and I had to spend two weeks trying to get their manager on the phone for a refund claim through expedia. The hotel clerk was irritable and unhelpful with the cancelled booking situation.

We checked in at 4:00 and so did "everyone else". It was busy with only one attendant. She was not friendly at all. That is the only negative.

Our room was very basic. They did not have any USB ports. Our room was a king bedroom and again it was "basic". However, it was convenient to where we needed to be. My suggestion: go to the Springfield Suites down the road. Much better property.

When we arrived at the hotel there was no line to check in. The person at the front desk asked us if we want a room on the first, second, third or fourth level. I said that I don't care which level we will be, and that the only think we care about is to be in a room where it is quiet. We received a key for a room on the 4th level. We went up and on the way to the room, we heard pretty loud noise. It sounded like loud AC units. We entered the room and heard the same noise but not so bad. We went for a dinner, came back and the noise in the room was the same like the noise in the hallway. I went to the third, second and first level, no difference, everywhere the noise was pretty bad. It was between 55 and 60 decibels all night long, so we couldn't sleep. We turned off the HVAC but it didn't change anything. When we were checking out, I mentioned about the noise to the person at the front desk and she said that she will let the management know. I can't believe that they don't know about that but at least she made the effort. Also, there was an empty water bottle next to the bed, so I am not sure how good was the cleaning of the room. The elevator was making horrible noise too when it was stopping, sounding that the metal ropes are going to brake at any moment.

I had a one night stay here and everything was great for the most part! The lobby area looked great and I loved that there was a pool and a 24hr fitness center! Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the staff I encountered were super friendly and helpful! My room was mostly fine. The bedding and towels were clean and the room set up was nice. My only issues were the mattress and some of the cleanliness in the room. The mattress just wasn’t my personal cup of tea. It was super firm and oddly bouncy, but I was able to fall asleep so it wasn’t the end of the world. I did notice there was hair on the nightstand that looked like it may have come from a beard (I’m a woman without facial hair and was alone during my stay so the hair wasn’t mine). Also the sink bowl looked like it might have been missed during housekeeping and there were some small stains on the shower curtain. Nothing too outlandish, but noticeable enough.
