Hotel is outdated. Lobby is nice but hallway carpets are stained and bathrooms look like they are from the 1980’s. Can see mold in some of the grout around the tiles and tubs are discolored. Not overly impressed. Front desk person was talking to someone else while checking me in. Not excellent customer service. We needed a place to stay since we were in town for a concert. Not sure I’d stay there again.

I was given a quote for my hotel at some where around $143.00 and had reserved my room. I got there and they charged me $250.00. That’s quite a difference. Can you explain to me why the price difference from $143.00 to $250.00.

Unreliable late night shuttle pickup
We arrived at the airport around 2am and called the hotel to make sure the shuttle would come. They assured us it comes every 20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, we called the hotel again and had them contact the shuttle driver. He showed up 5 minutes later. Slightly frustrating when the driver was clearly not busy and the hotel is only 5 minutes away. The rooms themselves were fine. A little beat up with some holes in the walls in the bathroom and scuffs everywhere. I also saw a sign at the front desk notifying guests that police have warned of an uptick in break ins in the areas. Bottom line, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable which are pretty high up on my list. If the shuttle was more dependable and they put more effort in the upkeep of the rooms, I would give a 4/5.

Stay was ok. Generally clean. Room was a bit dated. Door latch didn't work well, Took a couple tries to get it open. TV got very few channel. Those that did come in were grainy. Bed was ok. Front desk staff was good.

You get what you pay for. The price of the room was very reasonable - about $150. The accommodations were clean but very basic. My biggest complaint is the bed. It was very uncomfortable and HOT! Even with the AC turned down to 65degrees, I could not get comfortable. There was some kind of cover over the mattress which did not allow it to breathe and the sheets were cheap and sticky. Had a horrible night of sleep which was a big disappointment after a long day of travel and having to stay overnight due to a flight cancellation. If you put your money anywhere, put it into a comfortable bed. Nothing else matters if you can’t get a good nights sleep.

Our room was a handicap room, although we are not handicap. I hope a handicap person never has that room. The automatic door worked going into the bathroom, but not out of the bathroom. There was no fan in the bathroom or the room so it had a very stale smell. The curtains/window covering was broken so it was always in the down position. A very dark smelly room. On a good note the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

I nicked Four Points on cleanliness because the cleaning staff failed to find and remove some undergarments left by the previous tenant from the room. Disgusting to find them!
