Nice hotel. Would stay again.
The hotel is beautiful and the room is very comfortable. We loved our stay. The only downside was lack of hot water in the shower. It was lukewarm at best.

The Sheraton shuttle took me to wrong hotel. I did not know thefe are 2 Sheraton properties here. I had to go oit in rain and walk 1 block to Sheraton 4 Pointd. I am shocked at how run down thus hotel is. Room very run down.

Nightmare
We could not stay there. Upon checking in i looked at 3 different rooms, before vacating and staying somewhere else. The 1st room we were given was cold, dank and moist. Set off my allergies immediately. Second room had visible water damage all over the ceiling with a lot of peeling paint. The 3rd and last room i was offered had a warped and rusted door which was hard to open. Again peeling painting on the ceiling with numerous patches of spackle. The hotel must have had a roof leak or pipe burst at some point. The reviews on line were not true. It is not clean or comfortable. The lady who assisted me, Nikki , was amazing! Very professional and tried her best to find us a room. It was not her fault the hotel needs major repairs. Guests beware!
