Room was really nice for the price. The surrounding area is a little sketchy at night time, but perfectly safe in the daytime. For a solo traveler on a budget it would be a nice accommodation.

I enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean and towels were provided. The outside environment is intimidating if you are not used to it, but I was able to walk around pretty comfortably once used to it. It can be a bit noisy in the daytime, but it was quiet majority of the time. I do recommend staying here if you are a solo traveler just be safe and aware!

The room my mother got was surprisingly good. Aircon was amazing. They got a coin operated washing and drying room. I just wish they have a bill-to-coin changer. Parking is a bit tight but security around the entrance up to the room is very good.

Good little room
Needed a place to crash near the Dell music venue and this place worked out well. Check in is a bit of a leap of faith but everything went smoothly. Room was neat and clean. Seemed like the HVAC was out so there was a wall unit in the window, noisy but effective on a really hot day in Philly. Car was fine overnight in the lot around the corner. Maybe not a place for everyone but if you're comfortable in bigger cities you'll be fine. Not much close by so bring what you need.

I would strongly discourage others from staying here. They require an additional deposit of $200 paid separately via Zelle or CashApp- not held by your credit card. They tell you this will be returned after 4-5 business days. On business day 6, I called and asked for my deposit back and this required multiple calls and a request made by me to get it back. They clearly had no plan to return the money until requested by me. They also ask for reviews of the property prior to return of the deposit- definitely a sketchy practice. Others have had trouble getting their full deposit back per reviews. The property itself is okay- fairly clean and fairly new though cheaply made with no staff on site. The neighborhood has limited free street parking and feels medium safe. Overall I will never stay here again due to the abnormal financial practices and limited responsiveness, as well as feel of the neighborhood.

The property itself was clean and excellent. The neighborhood seems to be on the rise. People questioned why I was staying in that area. However, all of my encounters were positive. I walked to the marketplace and along the way a lot of people were very friendly to me.

I had a great time staying at Gooseed Suites, no issues to complain about. The inside of the building looks like it went through a fairly recent remodel and is overall pretty nice, especially for the price. I would say that the highlight of the stay was definitely security, there are two doors that need different security codes before you reach your room door which needs a third security code. My room had a window A/C unit which kept the room nice and cold while also drowning out the majority of any outside noises. Though the listing states that there is no one on site, there was someone there cleaning up and getting rooms ready whenever I arrived. The owners were incredibly responsive via text, and answered my questions (wifi password for a different floor) very quickly. They also took the time to send me a list of places they recommend around the city. A couple of hours before my check in time I received a text with codes to each door along with the wifi password for my floor. There was a mini-fridge, microwave, and cooktop in the room as well as a small selection of cookware and cutlery. I wouldn't say that it is really walking distance to any dining options, but they were a short Uber/Lyft away. Overall, I would stay here again.

Good seed had exactly what we needed for our 3-day trip to Philadelphia. Our room was clean and tidy and it had some kitchen equipment which allowed us to cook and make a cup of coffee. The check-in process was seamless. The entrance code system was easy to use and it felt very safe being in the building. Thank you!

The property inside was very clean and smelled really good. It was like stepping into a different world once you entered. The outside (street) around the property was not the best. It was dirty and people were outside fighting and partying and yelling very late (2:00 am ). Our car was not touched or tampered with at all. The biggest problem for me was that I booked for a dbl bed studio and they put me in a mltp bed studio which has a loft bed and I had recent Achilles surgery so couldn’t climb to the bed and had to sleep on a very uncomfortable open up couch (red) in one of the pictures. We left early due to that. I was uncomfortable and body aching. I rate this property a 5 out of 5 but the area around a 3 out 5 and the booking incorrectly a 0 out of 5.

This was an interesting microtel experience. But you get what you pay for, and the price is very attractive. A/C in my room was not working, but owner installed a fan that helped a lot. Neighborhood is down-market and not attractive, but seemed safe. The room & bathroom were hyper-clean, which is always appreciated. The tiny room also includes a kitchen & refrigerator. If you are traveling on a budget, or just like to save bucks, this is the place for you.

Great place for solo travelers, very nice and clean, they have a built in ac and tv you can access for free also they have free wifi and a small but useful bathroom and kitchen..10/10 would go again !
