The service was poor. I couldn’t get them to clean my room. My bathroom sink was clogged. When they unclogged they kept the sink dirty. Dirty towels stayed in the halls for hours. Horrible service

Tatiana at the front desk was very helpful and so sweet at check-in. The valet parking was also so helpful especially with this chilly weather.

Good location unfortunately parking is always an issue did not like that I had to pay 57$ a day for parking. Bathrooms were dirty and tub was clogged and never taken care of after multiple attempts at counter to fix. Showering in backed up water is not good. towels with stains.

Nice and clean, they weren't able to provide us with a key card for the room because the system was down and we had to use the Hilton honors app virtual key. The person behind the counter was so helpful in helping me get that setup so we could use it.

Called the hotel before we came to check if the crib was indeed a crib or just a pack-n-play. They confirmed a crib. We arrived on the Friday after Thanksgiving at night to find only a pack-n-play. The front desk said they don't have regular cribs. Being 7pm and having small children we were stuck. The baby slept terribly, we slept terribly. Front desk said they couldn't help compensate us until the manager was in and that they would tell the manager to call. Never got a call. Never got a response when I called.

upon checkin the staff was very friendly and check in was quick. i was not told about breakfast or if coffee was available -but i found the coffee in the morning. room was clean and had nice amenities. what upset me the most is that my daughter left her $45.00 hydro flask in the room. when i called to see if it was turned in i was told i would need to call back when housekeeping was there in the morning i did that - got hung up on 2x tried to leave a message but no space left in voicemail. finally got a housekeeping person who said they would check and call me back but i didnt get a call back. I gave the time, date and room number we checked out of and detailed description of bottle -even though i know it was our fault for leaving the hydroflask it is disappointing that the staff did not turn it in
