The front desk guy was nice, friendly and welcoming when we checked in. He was even there when we checked out! Breakfast was nice. Place is nice, clean and well kept. They even had places to hang your towels up in the bathroom! Would def stay here again

Our stay was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Lobby near elevator needed to be cleaned/moped frequently. Breakfast eating areas needed to be wiped down after each use. Would have been great to have a complimentary bottle of water in the room upon arrival.

One weird complaint.
Great stay. Great breakfast. Staff was super friendly. Here’s my weird complaint… only one side of the shower opens and to turn the water on you get blasted with cold water and if you don’t find the correct temperature while being blasted in the face you accept your fate until you can reach the handle. I got the cold face blast and then decended into the scalding water. Once adjusted the shower was great.

The water was cold in the morning during show. I was told maybe because it is morning and too many people taking shower at the same time. The ironing machine dropped black spot on the clothes, I had to get a replacement. The road/traffic noise is too much, did not bother me but may bother light sleepers. Seen better Hampton Inn properties.
