Pool very nice. Breakfast very good.. Staff did not make up our room after first night believing we didn't want service.We had not given any indication of this.Since staff had left already, the desk clerk got us fresh towels.

Bad customer service set the tone for our stay
The woman at the front desk completely soured our experience before we even got past the front desk. We had a little issue with checking in (I didn't have my license), however, instead of being helpful, this woman was rude and dismissive, a far from courteous or hospitable. Before that, my mom tried to check in and was ignored. Not good. Other feedback: the rooms could use updating and the elevators were slow. The coffee was pretty good though.
