I was in town for my Sorority's Convention. The hotel was convenient to the Philadelphia Convention Center and the staff was amazing. The location is perfect and there are plenty of eateries in walking distance.

I booked and paid for a 2 bed suite with a pull out sofa to sleep 5 people. We arrived with 5 people and checking in at 4PM when instructed that was when check in was. I was informed that they overbooked the suites and that there were no more suites available and we could only get a room with two beds. One of our party members had to sleep on the floor. When I asked for some sort of reimbursement since we booked and PAID for a suite, they said there is no reimbursement and gave us free breakfast vouchers. Wow, how generous! The amount of disrespect is ridiculous and I would really like some sort of compensation for the last minute change of events. If I booked and paid for a suite, then give me a suite. Or charge me less money for not being honest. Or how about you inform me before I arrive to the property so i can maybe look for something else in the area? Extremely dissatisfied with the Hilton Garden Inn.

Excellent location on the corner of 11th and Arch streets, with a parking garage attached. Reading Terminal Market is right next door, and Chinatown starts on the next block. The staff were wonderful. Every time I stepped into the lobby, I received a cheerful greeting and was asked if I needed anything. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I thought the bed was uncomfortable, but the hubs slept well. There is a restaurant/bar on the top floor, but when we checked it out at dinner time, it was empty. I asked the bartender if they had happy hour specials and was told no, they did not. Maybe they should...

The lady in front when we check in the first night was annoyed that I was asking questions. Besides that, this hotel is in the middle of everything (especially super close to Reading Terminal market). There is alot of people near and around the hotel. Room is clean and quiet

Ok for an overnight.
Hotel was ok, but not impressed with the beds and linens. Bedsheets did not fit the beds and kept coming off and were poor quality. Pillows smelled quite used. Pull out bed mattress had what looked like food stains on it. Location was convenient to Reading Terminal Market, and easy ride share to Independence Hall. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly.
