We had to book quickly since we live near the area and had lost power to our home from the recent winds. We initially booked for 2 nights but our power had returned earlier than was anticipated and the hotel was more than gracious to refund our 2nd night booking. The place is very clean. Beds are comfortable. And a nice breakfast too! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for Christmas. The staff was amazing, and the room was big enough for two adults, two kids, and a dog. The indoor pool was a nice activity.

The room was huge. 2 queens and a pullout sofa which came in clutch because my youngest daughter and granddaughter wanted to tag along. So much for for alone time for me and my wife. The indoor pool could have been hotter, but kids dont care. The gym was great also. The dumbbells went as high as 75lbs. Unheard of for most hotels. Very clean. I would definitely go back.

Other than our check-in experience we enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times when visiting family and it was the first time we have experienced a rude, disrespectful check-in representative. Messaged with the supervisor who seemingly disregarded my concerns saying it was miscommunication despite my communicating to him that she refused to let me show her documentation of incidental fees being paid via a cc authorization form ahead of time. I tried to explain that I had two reservations and that we were not checking in early. She refused to check me in without me paying another incidental fee. As stated previously the supervisor said it was just miscommunication and offered a free item from the little store area.

I stayed here for 2 nights and and both nights I received calls from the front desk because we were too loud and kids were jumping. This was not a pleasant experience at all. Very embarrassing to say the least. My kids are well behaved and no I’m not just saying that! Apparently these were two elderly ppl saying below us and we were on the 4th floor…the floor is very thin!! You can’t even walk (normal). I’ve stayed at many different hotels nearby and never got a call for noise!! Pool was ok more on the small side… and cold! Bfast was the usual, can’t complain about it.

At check in the Clerk charged me a extra $50 to my bill as a deposit after my payment was approve he attempted to charge me another $50 until i said whats going on he said that the computer was malfunctioning. I enjoyedcthe pool and the room was nice. Breakfast was hood until i fou d a long starnd of hair in the bowl of homegies and sausages. I felt sick after that

Awesome stay.
It was amazing from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and willing to do anything to to make the stay comfortable. For example: I was needing milk, and a staff member ofter walked to the hotel behind the hotel we were staying to get milk. That’s what I call going above and beyond to make your guests comfortable.

We stayed at this property in order to visit a family member at the nearby Ann's Choice community. It is modern, clean, and well maintained. A pleasure to stay there, and at one of the most reasonable rates we encountered during a multi-day/multi hotel road trip. I also use the pool to exercise (water walking) and was pleased at how well it was maintained. Would recommend this hotel.
