Possible bed bugs & poor customer service
Found what looked to be a bedbug, and the staff both on-site and corporate levels showed very little care or concern; I was offered no assistance, advice, or compensation. I had to leave my best friend's wedding to help my family pack up everything to leave the room, and then move our three sleeping children (5 and under) into a new room at 11pm. The manager never reached out to me in the morning though I had requested such. I had to make contact and i was offered no resolution or resources.

Lovely modern hotel. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Unfortunately no comforters or warm blankets provided on the beds. Had to request extra blankets and increase the heat in the room for sleeping at night. Not sure why beds no longer have comforters on them, helps with coziness and comfort.

We were given a room that when we got to it with the key, were told by cleaning staff it was not ready. We returned to the front desk, given keys to a different room. We were in there no more than 30 min & the toilet over flowed. After calling 2 times to get maintenance help & no one came in an hr , we then begged just at least for a plunger. I then had to go down stairs again to the desk and demand a different room. The service person had just came onto his shift & was never made aware of our situation! But he nice assigned us the 3rd room! Although this was an upgrade to a suite with 2 bedrooms, which we didn’t need, it was very much filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. We were tired of dealing with the problems, were very tired and just gave up at this point!

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It feels like my home away from home. the entire staff is friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I want to give special thanks to Kenny, who makes my breakfast so enjoyable with his efficiency and music to get my day started right. Also Ashlynn is so sweet, helpful and friendly at the front desk. Jonathan, the general manager is fantastic. It's obvious he is a good manager because he hires and retains good staff. Thank you all for another wonderful stay.
