Check in was a breeze. Kudos to Charlton who was super friendly and professional. I had misunderstood what I had booked with the room we got and he was patient and kind in the explanation. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!!

I had a delightful stay at the hotel, which provided a clean and comfortable environment with convenient onsite parking. The studio room was lovely and perfectly suited to my needs. The online photos accurately represent what you can expect. I especially appreciated the charming kitchenette area, complete with a cooktop, although I didn't end up cooking anything myself. Nonetheless, dishes, pots, and pans were available should you need them. The gym was a nice size, and while the pool was closed during my visit, it would have been enjoyable to use. There’s also a bar, which is a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink or two. Overall, it was a great experience!

Conveniently across from the King of Prussia Mall. Not so quiet because there is a highway that runs along side the hotel. Bathroom shower could have been cleaner. There was not even an extra roll of toilet paper or lotion available. Bare minimum.

I brought my grandkids here for a slumber party. The staff was Amazing. I chose this hotel because of the pool, however it was being renovated. We enjoyed our stay and I was able to cook dinner and the breakfast was delicious and Amazing.

The property was beautiful inside and out. The staff was all nice and helpful. The only issue our room was close to the lobby and across from the elevator so my daughter hard people in the hallway talking loud and goofing off late. The quiet hours was 9pm. .
