Front desk staff underwhelming, Bar restaurant makes you feel very unwelcome. They start cleaning and turning the lights on by 9:50 and very annoyed you’re there. Very concerned about washing the glasses versus serving drinks. Food was delicious though. Rooftop bar was not open on Thursday as stated. Nice happy hour drink after work. Housekeeping was exceptional. Absolutely no amenities at this hotel though. Gave me a room that faces in the interior like a prison cell. Overall would not stay here again, there’s just too many other options.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. I loved the funky/interesting decor. Nice lobby. We enjoyed nightly wine happy hour. The attached restaurant was convenient but there are other good restaurants in walking distance. Located within the historic district and half a block from Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. I would definitely return to this hotell

The beds were very comfortable and room was clean. The carpet in the hallway and elevator were worn and dirty. The music was terribly loud in the elevators and front of the hotel. We could hear thumping of music in our bedroom until late at night.

Was a little disappointed. Elevator floors were dirty, stains in carpet in hallways, lady at front desk didn’t smile and wasn’t friendly. I’ve stayed in other Kimptons before and they were great, but this one wasn’t up to par with the other Kimptons. Drapes in room were falling down on one end. Scuffs on the walls in the room. It was in a good location though, but starting to look dated.
