The fact that every guest has to share one microwave that sits outside like it’s an air conditioner is ridiculous! The toilet never stopped running and the shower water never turned completely off.

Horror show
Poor, horrible, not safe, and uneasy. The room smelled like it was just cleaned. So what happened later was wild. Besides the bugs. Look at photo. The worst.

Bare bones facility. Listing stated microwave and refrigerator in room but staff had no idea if rooms had a fridge. No microwaves, only one in lobby window to use for everyone. Clammy room and tub had a hole in it, no idea if it leaked. Doors didn't close all the way either, room for and bathroom door. Maintenance is a complete afterthought. Only book if necessary for a cheap stay.

Upon checkin I was informed that my card had declined through expedia and was required to pay. When I checked my credit card later I could see that I was both charged through expedia and Motel 6. I then requested a receipt to help prove the double charge but was informed that "their system was down" and they would email me a receipt. The receipt never came and the duplicate charge remained. The room had stains on the wall reminiscent of either blood or other body fluids. The bathroom door also would not close as it had been painted over too many times.
