terrible smell all throughout the hotel. My sheets had holes in them from a burn. Door to go to balcony was broken. Towels were dirty.

Bathroom was disgusting and mold everywhere . You can tell that the bathrooms aren’t cleaned /swept nor mopped . You can literally wipe the dirtiness off with a Clorox wipe. Thanks god I brought my own towels because the property’s towels had hair even the linen on the bed had hair. The room was just overall unsanitary. The people in the front need better customer service they are very dismissive .

We did not have a great experience. Aside from the musty smell throughout the lobby, hallways and rooms we unfortunately had people checked into our rooms while we were already checked in. We checked into two rooms, went out for the evening and when we returned we found other people checked into our rooms. This was around 1:30 in the morning. We were lucky we weren’t sleeping and woken up by strangers walking into our rooms. After much confusion at the front desk the situation was corrected without even an apology. This was a scary situation that was not taken seriously. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We got in later and left early the next morning so we only needed it as a place to sleep. Affordable compared to other locations but you get what you pay for. We will look elsewhere if we need to stay in the area again. More of a rent by the hour location but the staff were nice and helpful.

Not My First Choice
Expected much more out of this place, it looked much better in the photos than it actually did in person. From smelly rooms to out of service workout rooms and machines, and a shower than only dispensed hot water and no working wifi until my last day of stay, I would highly recommend that you find another place to stay if you have the option to.

The first room they put us in was not clean at all I called the front desk and he immediately brought us new keys for another room that was clean and ready to go it was all right it wasn't the cleanliest place in the world but it was safe secure the jacuzzi tub that we had the button stopped working for the Jets but other than that it was okay
